2004

new-jerseyLiveProcess was founded in Westfield, New Jersey following 9/11 and the worldwide SARS epidemic, in recognition of the need for healthcare to have a better way to respond to and manage emergencies and disasters.

LiveProcess launches its standardized web-based disaster preparation and response system, the first of its kind for healthcare.

LiveProcess partners with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to implement LiveProcess at the agency's Noble Training Center.

LiveProcess enters pilot programs with Sutter Health, Mayo Clinic, UNC, NSLIJ, HCA and Tenet Healthcare.


2005

LiveProcess begins work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to develop a regional framework for emergency preparedness and response.

LiveProcess partners with the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA) and begins to deploy at every hospital in the state.

LiveProcess completes its integration with the GHA and the State of Georgia GA911.NET Public Safety web portal.

Grady Health System, Atlanta, uses the LiveProcess platform in response to Hurricane Katrina.




2006
LiveProcess successfully completes its pilot programs and begins its nationwide expansion by way of government and corporate healthcare channels.

2007

LiveProcess begins diversifying it customer base with key hospitals in Ohio, Florida and Maryland.

Mitch Saruwatari joins the company's already-strong core management team as Vice President, Quality and Compliance. Saruwatari served in several key positions at Kaiser Permanente, the nation's largest private integrated healthcare delivery system, based in Oakland, California, including interim National Director for Healthcare Continuity Management and National Threat Assessment Manager. Saruwatari is widely recognized as one of the national leaders in the field of healthcare emergency management.


2008

aha1LiveProcess receives an exclusive endorsement from the American Hospital Association (AHA) as the preferred solution for disaster readiness and incident command for its member hospitals.

The Veterans Administration, the nations largest healthcare system, contracts to purchase LiveProcess in its New York, metro region.

LiveProcess expansion continues with agreements in five additional states, including implementation into one of the nations largest counties, Riverside County, California.

LiveProcess implements its platform for the first time in nursing homes and clinics.


2009

us-patent-logoLiveProcess receives U.S. Patent No. 7,596,608 for its Networked Emergency Management System covering a computer-implemented process that streamlines the creation and sharing of best practice standardized emergency plans for different healthcare facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes and clinics across an electronic network.

LiveProcess deploys its solution in one-fourth of all Texas hospitals following an agreement with the largest regional trauma system in Texas, the Dallas-Fort Worth North Central Texas Trauma Regional Advisory Council (NCTTRAC).

LiveProcess expands to 15 states, and adds the nations 5th largest county, Orange County, California.

The Veterans Administration continues its implementation of LiveProcess in several additional regions.

LiveProcess is named to Inc. Magazine's list of America's fastest-growing private companies with a three-year growth rate of 620 percent.

LiveProcess is named to New Jersey Business Magazine's list of Fifty Fastest Growing Companies.
